Installation Instructions
The ER750 is designed for straightforward DIY installation. Some components may arrive pre-assembled. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with windshield accessories.
- Remove the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount.
- Insert the windshield extender screen and front clamp into the slot of the height adjustment slider (2).
- Secure the assembly using the Lock Screws (7) as shown in the installation instructions.
- Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the supplied 2.5 mm Allen key.
- Position the extender symmetrically over the OE windshield and adjust the height as required.
- Tighten the screws securely and check that the extender is firmly clamped before riding.
Maintenance & Cleaning
- Clean the extender using water, neutral soap, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
- Do not use dry cloths, abrasive materials, or solvents, as these may scratch or damage the surface.
- Before installation, ensure the OE windshield is clean and free from substances or anti-scratch chemical coatings that may reduce clamp adhesion.
- Periodically check the mounting screws and clamps to ensure they remain securely fastened.
