Installation Instructions

The ER750 is designed for simple DIY installation. Some components may arrive pre-assembled. Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with windshield accessories.

• Remove Lock Screws: Detach the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount.
• Assemble Screen and Slider: Insert the windshield extender screen and front clamp into the slot of the height adjustment slider (2).
• Secure the Assembly: Tighten the assembly using the Lock Screws (7) as shown in the installation instructions.
• Adjust Position: Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the supplied 2.5 mm Allen key.
• Center the Extender: Align the extender symmetrically over the stock/OE windshield.
• Final Check: Tighten all screws securely and ensure the extender is firmly clamped before riding.

Maintenance & Cleaning

• Clean using water, neutral soap, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
• Do not use dry cloths, abrasive materials, or solvents, as these may scratch or damage the finish.
• Before installation, ensure the OE windshield is thoroughly clean.
• Remove any dirt, residue, or substances that may affect the clamp's grip.
• Ensure the windshield is free from anti-scratch coatings or chemical treatments that may reduce clamp adhesion.
• Periodically check the mounting screws and clamps to ensure they remain securely fastened.
