The Pro-Spec Easy Ride ER800 is a clip-on windshield extender tailored for sports touring motorcycles equipped with curved OEM windscreens. Built on the proven lip extender principle, it effectively redirects high-velocity airflow over the rider, reducing helmet buffeting, windblast, and long-distance fatigue.
Its extended leading and trailing edges offer greater surface coverage—ideal for motorcycles like the CBR 650F or Ninja 1000 that blend performance with touring ergonomics.

🛠️ Installation Instructions
⚠️ Note: Some components may come pre-assembled. Though DIY-friendly, professional installation is recommended if needed.

Remove Lock Screws
Detach the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount. -
Attach the Extender to the Slider
Align the extender screen with the front clamp, position it on the height adjustment slider (2), and secure using the Lock Screws (7) (see figure “b”). -
Adjust Final Position
Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the provided 2.5 mm Allen key.
Center the extender over the OE screen and tighten once aligned.
Care & Maintenance
- Clean with neutral soap, water, and a microfiber cloth or soft sponge.
- Avoid using dry cloths, harsh solvents, or abrasive materials to prevent surface damage.
- Ensure the OEM screen is free from anti-scratch coatings, which may interfere with clamp adhesion.
