Its extended leading and trailing edge profile helps redirect turbulent airflow over and around the rider, reducing windblast and helmet noise for a smoother and more comfortable riding experience.

Using the proven lip extender principle, the ER750 helps create a protective air pocket around the rider. The height-adjustable design allows the airflow to be fine-tuned according to riding posture, speed, and personal comfort, making it suitable for highway touring, long-distance rides, and everyday riding.

Installation Instructions

Step 1: Remove the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount.

Step 2: Insert the windshield extender screen with the front clamp into the slot of the Height Adjustment Slider (2).

Step 3: Secure the assembly using the Lock Screws (7) as shown in Figure “b”.

Step 4: Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the supplied 2.5 mm Allen key.

Step 5: Position and align the extender symmetrically over the OE windshield.

Step 6: Tighten the screws securely and check the complete assembly before riding.

Maintenance & Cleaning

• Clean the extender using water, neutral soap, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
• Do not use dry cloths, abrasive materials, or solvents, as they may scratch or damage the surface.
• Before installation, clean the OE windshield thoroughly to ensure proper clamp grip.
• Ensure the windshield is free from anti-scratch chemical coatings that may interfere with clamp adhesion.
