Installation Instructions

The ER740 is designed for DIY installation, and some components may arrive pre-assembled. Technician assistance is recommended if you face difficulty during installation.

• Detach Lock Screws: Remove the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount set.
• Assemble the Screen and Slider: Insert the extender screen and front clamp into the slot on the height adjustment slider (2).
• Secure the Assembly: Tighten the front clamp using the Lock Screws (7), referring to figure “b” where applicable.
• Adjust Positioning: Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the included 2.5 mm Allen key.
• Align the Extender: Position the extender symmetrically over the windscreen and retighten the screws securely.
• Ensure the extender is securely fitted before riding.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean with neutral soap, water, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
• Do not use dry cloths, abrasive materials, or solvents, as they may scratch or damage the finish.
• Ensure the OE windscreen is free from anti-scratch chemical coatings before installation, as these may reduce clamp adhesion.
