The Pro-Spec Easy Tag Base Mount – ET42225 is a precision-engineered accessory designed to provide secondary protection to your motorcycle's existing tank and engine guards. Suitable for urban riding, touring, and off-road use, this multi-purpose base mount helps protect the motorcycle in the event of a tip-over or crash.

Made from a proprietary glass-filled fiber composite blended with Delrin, this base mount offers excellent abrasion resistance and impact absorption. Its design helps minimize direct metal-to-tarmac contact, while the additional bolt-on provision allows compatible accessories to be attached for enhanced utility on long rides.

Installation Guide

Disassemble the Mount: Using the provided 3 mm Allen key, loosen all Allen cap screws and separate the base mount into its two halves.

Insert Sleeves: Choose the correct rubber sleeves according to the compatibility chart and fit them into both halves of the base mount.

Clamp to Guard: Align the mount around your engine or tank guard tube and ensure the inner tabs are on the same side of the mount.

Reassemble and Tighten: Insert all screws and tighten them evenly using the supplied 3 mm Allen key.
