Installation Instructions

Note: Some components may arrive pre-assembled. The ER750 is designed for simple DIY installation, but professional installation is recommended if required.

• Remove Lock Screws: Detach the two Lock Screws (7) from the clip-on mount.
• Assemble the Screen and Slider: Insert the extender screen with the front clamp into the slot of the height adjustment slider (2).
• Secure the Assembly: Tighten the assembly using the Lock Screws (7) as shown in Figure “b”.
• Adjust the Position: Loosen the CSK Allen Head Screws (6) using the supplied 2.5 mm Allen key.
• Center the Extender: Align the extender symmetrically over the stock windshield.
• Final Check: Retighten all screws securely and make sure the extender is firmly clamped before riding.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean using water, neutral soap, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
• Do not use dry cloths, abrasive materials, or solvents, as they may scratch or damage the finish.
• Ensure the OE windshield is clean before installing the extender.
• Make sure the windshield is free from anti-scratch chemical coatings that may reduce clamp grip.
• Check that all mounting screws remain securely tightened before every ride.
