The Scottoiler xSystem 2.0 is a motion-activated automatic chain oiler designed to make chain maintenance easier, cleaner, and more convenient. As the second generation of the popular xSystem, it features an increased range of flow rates with improved low-range adjustment for more precise chain lubrication.

The compact design provides a discreet chain maintenance solution for modern commuter and touring motorcycles. The system connects directly to the motorcycle battery and is designed for easy installation on all types of motorcycles.

Installation & Mounting

The xSystem 2.0 unit can be mounted in different locations on the motorcycle frame or under the seat, depending on rider preference. The new dispenser design gives the user greater flexibility over where and how the dispenser is mounted.

The dispenser uses high-quality 3M tape for secure and convenient mounting on suitable surfaces. The system is designed to work with all types of swingarms, left- or right-side chain transmission systems, and single-sided swingarms.

How the xSystem 2.0 Works

The xSystem 2.0 uses a triple-axis accelerometer to detect movement. Lubrication begins when the motorcycle is moving and stops when the ride ends. When stationary, the unit enters a deep sleep mode to minimize power consumption from the motorcycle battery. When the next ride begins, the system wakes automatically and continues chain lubrication.

Flow Rate Adjustment

The system features 15 flow-rate settings, providing a wide range of adjustment for different riding conditions. The flow rate can be easily adjusted directly on the reservoir unit to help achieve the desired level of chain lubrication.
