The SW-Motech Brake Pedal Extension is designed for the original brake pedal of the BMW R1200GS and R1250GS. It enhances the original brake pedal tread with a wider and raised contact surface, providing improved control and safer operation of the rear brake, especially during off-road riding.

When riding off-road, riders frequently alternate between seated and standing positions. The change in knee angle while standing can make it more difficult to apply pressure to a smaller brake pedal. The raised contact surface allows the foot to reach and control the brake pedal more easily while standing. Two height settings, 22 mm or 27 mm, allow the extension to be adjusted for improved riding ergonomics.

The widened contact surface features a ridged design that provides improved grip, even when the pedal is wet or dirty. The extension is manufactured from high-strength milled aluminium alloy with a black anodized surface and a stainless steel step plate.
