The SW-Motech Sump Guard for Triumph Tiger 800 motorcycles is designed to deliver comprehensive underbody protection for essential components such as the engine sump, exhaust downpipe, and oil filter. Constructed with a 4 mm-thick aluminum base plate and 2.5 mm-thick aluminum side panels, this guard offers excellent impact resistance while maintaining a lightweight profile.

The guard is mounted using the original rubber-mounted bolts from the OEM plastic guard. This mounting system is engineered to absorb impact energy by allowing the rubber mounts to shear in high-impact situations, helping to protect the engine from damage. Additionally, a precision cut-out provides easy access to the oil drain plug, simplifying routine oil changes without the need for removal.
