If the motorcycle falls over or falls, the axle protection pads ensure that the fork, wheel axle, and brake system are effectively protected from damage.

The protective pads distance these components from punctual or abrasive contact with the ground or the road, thereby reducing or preventing expensive damage to the motorcycle. In addition to the choice of materials, we have integrated two essential, specific properties into the design and tested them in racing, namely damping and frictional resistance, which increases progressively in the sliding phase.

Damping: The first positive property to be mentioned is damping, which can fully or partially absorb and absorb some of the impact energy in the event of sudden force effects.

The frictional resistance: The second positive property is the frictional resistance, which increases from the outside to the inside due to the component geometry due to the increase in the effective sliding surface. This means that our axle protection pad only offers low frictional resistance when touched lightly, but shortens the grinding phase in terms of time and space, for example in the case of longer, grinding road contact. This means that in the event of a fall with an axle protection pad, the time in which the motorcycle slips and the slip path itself are shortened.

For optimal protection of your machine, we recommend combining our axle protection pads with our vehicle-specific protective bar systems, for which we offer additional protection pads.
