The formulation is now a Mono Propylene Glycol based water soluble tyre sealant mixed with 15 other non-toxic ingredients. The gel is manufactured in UK with an ISO 9001 certified quality process. The formulation is thixotropic, a feature that allows Formula X to withstand heat and shear forces created within a rotating Tyre. The thyrotrophic coat stretches and recovers under mild to severe exposure of the adverse forces and continuously clings to the inner surface of the tyre. The Formula X gel quantity is calculated based on the surface area of the tyre required to be coated. PLEASE NOTE: Aprillia 125/150, although in the scooter/moped category, have a 14 inch rim and hence the scooter pack is insufficient for these tyres. Instead the motorcycle pack is recommended to be used for the Aprillia 125/150 or any other bikes with 14 inch rims.
