It does not cover damages caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations/repairs, accidental damage, or the natural wear & tear of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e. zippers wear-off, fabric abrasion, etc.). Please have the tax invoice of the product issued by an authorized reseller/dealer to be MANDATORILY accompanied for the warranty claim. Claims without valid invoices will not be processed. The warranty also excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Please note that the warranty applies only to the original customer. We aim to examine each claim on an individual basis & resolving the claim in a mutually satisfactory manner.

If you are making backorder or product is in pre-order state then it will be shipped when we get new stocks. Once backorder is placed it can not be cancelled, contact team for update on when is new stock arriving.

Once order is shipped and not received when delivery attempt is made, it will come back to us. In such case of RTO (Return to Origin), shipping cost of return and reshipping is to be born by Customer. Once order is shipped tracking details are shared on email and also can be checked in your website account. In any case of delay in delivery due to shipping service provider, we will not be liable. You need to contact shipping service provider.
