Return & Exchange Policy

We accept exchange requests only under the following conditions:

  • Size issues
  • Defective product

Important: You must raise an exchange request within 24 hours of product delivery.


Size Exchange Conditions

All size change requests are subject to approval by our team.

If the requested size is not in stock, you may:

  • Wait until it is restocked
  • Choose an alternative product
  • Opt for a store credit or gift coupon

Requests may be rejected if:

  • The size is unavailable
  • The selected size is deemed inappropriate (please refer to the product’s size chart before ordering)

Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, with all original tags and labels intact
  • The item must be in its original packaging, in the condition it was received
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Without proof of purchase, we cannot process the exchange.


Important Guidelines

Do NOT return the product directly to the manufacturer. If your exchange is approved, you’ll be given our store address (available on our Contact Us page).

Shipping Costs:

  • Both-way shipping charges (return and re-delivery) are to be borne by the customer
  • The customer must arrange return shipping themselves

We are not liable for delays caused by courier/shipping partners. If delivery is refused by the customer:

  • RTO (Return to Origin) charges and reshipping charges must be paid
  • Re-delivery will only be initiated after the product reaches our warehouse

Exchange/Return Will NOT Be Accepted If:

The item is damaged, used, or missing parts, not due to our error

The request is made more than 2 days after delivery

The product falls under non-exchangeable categories, such as:

  • Rainwear
  • Base layers
  • Made-to-order items

The item was purchased under a discount, offer, or sale
