Return & Exchange Policy

We entertain exchange request only on issue of size or defective product. You need to raise issue within 24 hours of delivery of product.

If size change is requested our team will check and approve it first. If product is not available in stock then need to wait for getting it restocked or else can buy some other product or we can issue store credit / gift coupon code. There can be chances where size change request is not approved either due to non availability or else irrelevant size booked ( customer to check size chart of product and book size accordingly).

To be eligible for a exchange, item must be unused, should have all labels and tags intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Without these details we are unable to check and update status.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly, we will not be responsible for any such returns made. If we confirm you to send back the product then it is to be sent to our store address mentioned on our website contact us section.

In case of exchange of product both side shipping charges are to be born by the customer. Also for sending back the product to us, customer needs to arrange his own shipping.

Excahange of any item will not happen if –

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery
  • Rain wear, base layers, made to order and many other items will not be exhanged or accepted for returns.
