We entertain exchange request only on issue of size or defective product. You need to raise issue within 24 hours of delivery of product.
If size change is requested and is not available in stock then need to wait for getting it restocked or else need to buy some other product we accept that.
To be eligible for a exchange, item must be unused, should have all labels and tags intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If we confirm you to send back the product then it is to be sent to our store address.
Excahange of any item will not happen if –
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery
