We ship products by reputed courier services which provide proper tracking of your parcel. It gets updated regularly. You need to track on courier company website with the tracking details sent to you on email when we ship out the products. In no case we will be liable if by chance shipping partner delays in delivery of product due to unforeseen circumstances. In festive season you may face delay in delivery.
In case of Cash on Delivery / Partial Cash on Delivery payment method, if parcel is not accepted at time of delivery attempt and it comes back to us then advance paid will get forfeited. Make sure if you order in Cash On Delivery mode then it should be accepted when delivery is attempted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending back your purchased item and also shipping cost for sending replacement to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over 500/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
