Installation Overview:

Inner Spacer:

• Ensure the bore is clean and allows the axle to pass through freely.
• Inspect for damage, burrs, or distortion. Ends must be square for proper bearing seating.
• The spacer must match or slightly exceed the length between hub bearing stops.

Wheel Hub:

• Clean thoroughly without removing any metal, as this can affect bearing fitment.

Outer Wheel Spacers:

• Check for wear at both ends and along the contact surface with the seal. Replace if excessively worn.

Installation Tips:
