Manufactured from glass-filled fibre blended with Delrin, the mount offers exceptional abrasion resistance and impact absorption. Note: This model is optimized for use with 16 mm to 19 mm diameter guard pipes.

Installation Instructions

Tool Required: 3 mm Allen Key (included)

Use the 3 mm Allen key to loosen all screws and separate the two halves of the Base Mount.
Refer to the sleeve chart and insert the appropriate rubber sleeves into both halves.
Clap the Base Mount over the engine or tank guard pipe.
Ensure that inner alignment tabs are on the same side.
Reinsert and tighten all screws using the Allen key provided.

⚠️ Recommendation: Though designed for DIY use, professional installation is advised if you face difficulty.
