Once Order is confirmed and payment is done, no order cancellation or refund is possible even if product is not shipped out.
Once order is shipped, we will share details with you for tracking the same by email on your email id registered on our website. Do check spam mail as well if you not receive email in your inbox. Also you can login to your account on our website and check order tracking details.
In case of Cash on Delivery / Partial Cash on Delivery payment method, if parcel is not accepted at time of delivery attempt and it comes back to us then advance paid will get forfeited. Make sure if you order in Cash On Delivery mode then it should be accepted when delivery is attempted.

Due to any delay in shipping by courier company we can try to help you but cant be held responsible, once order is shipped courier tracking details are updated on our website which you can check in your account and also we send email to your registered email id. Its customer duty to track his order. In case of festival season or any other overload it might be possible that delivery might get delayed by shipping partners.
