1. Warranty Claims
For any warranty or guarantee claims, please contact the manufacturer or importer directly.
We act solely as a merchant, and the responsibility for warranty lies with the brand’s official channels.

2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations or refunds are not possible, even if the product hasn’t been shipped yet.
Please double-check all order details before making payment.
3. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will email the tracking details to your registered email ID.
- If you do not see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
- You can also log in to your account on our website to view the tracking information.
We use reliable courier partners for shipping. However:
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies.
- During festive seasons or high-demand periods, deliveries may be delayed.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
If a COD/Partial COD order is not accepted at delivery, and the parcel is returned to us:
- Any advance amount paid will be forfeited.
Please ensure you or someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their shipment using the tracking details provided.
While we can assist in resolving shipping issues, we cannot be held liable once the parcel has been dispatched.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available on any products purchased from us.
